• Aude Hardware is a one-stop manufacturer specializing in the design, production and manufacturing of aluminum and zinc alloy die-casting molds, as well as the molding and post-processing of aluminum and zinc alloy die-castings. We boast a complete set of advanced mold-making equipment, including 2 sets of Taiwanese large-scale CNC machining centers, 4 sets of Taiyi EDM machines, 10 sets of milling machines, 4 sets of wire cutting machines, 2 sets of large radial drilling machines, 5 sets of large, medium and small grinders, along with a full range of supporting mold-making tools and testing instruments such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Our team consists of professional technical personnel proficient in die-casting mold design, manufacturing, product post-processing and machining processes.

• We focus on providing solutions and required process requirements for various defects of die-cast products, such as watermarks, poor molding, acid emission after electroplating, blackening, and sand holes after electroplating. By leveraging collective wisdom, we conduct engineering analysis and evaluation, as well as 3D mold flow simulation analysis to ensure the success and long service life of molds. We have successfully established the "Aude Model" brand for die-casting molds and have been recognized as a supporting mold supplier for large and medium-sized manufacturers invested by Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japanese enterprises.

• For die-casting production, we currently operate multiple cold chamber die-casting machines ranging from 160T to 650T and multiple hot chamber die-casting machines ranging from 130T to 200T. Our main products include die-castings for home appliances, lighting fixtures, auto and motorcycle parts, communication accessories, purification filter housings and other related products. We possess extensive experience in color anodizing of aluminum alloy die-castings, utilizing specialized materials and production processes. We also provide supporting post-processing services, production process engineering and quality engineering support.
