This product is a metal housing assembly specifically designed for industrial/aerospace electronic equipment (e.g., Electronic Control Units (ECUs) or communication modules), with key features as follows:

Material & Surface Treatment

  • The main body is made of aluminum alloy (combining lightweight and high strength);

  • The silver-gray substrate area uses anodizing treatment (enhances corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity);

  • The top black area is finished with matte/semi-matte electrostatic powder coating (offers excellent scratch resistance and environmental protection).

Structural & Functional Design

  • It adopts a two-piece split housing (top and bottom) with a sealing structure, supporting IP-rated dust and water protection;

  • The top integrates functional interfaces (GPIO, +12V DC power port) and status indicators (Status/Active lights), along with mounting lugs for easy installation;

  • The internal structure includes component fixing posts and wiring slots, suitable for precise assembly of PCBs and electronic modules.
