Die Casting Part / Die-Cast Component

Optical Product: Microscope Housing (High-Precision Aluminum Alloy Die Casting)

This is a high-precision aluminum alloy die casting housing specifically designed for microscopes, integrally formed via high-pressure die casting to meet the rigorous requirements of optical instruments:

  • Ultra-high molding accuracy: High-pressure die casting + CNC finishing process, achieving micron-level dimensional tolerance (±0.02mm) to ensure precise assembly of optical components such as lenses, eyepieces, and adjustment knobs without deviation;

  • Premium material & craftsmanship: Made of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, aged after die casting for lightweight and high rigidity; the surface undergoes anodizing treatment (black/silver optional) with a thickness of 8-12μm, scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, and fingerprint-proof, enhancing instrument texture;

  • Optical adaptation optimization: Integrated design of die casting mold, with internal reserved mounting slots for optical components, φ5mm wiring holes, and heat dissipation channels, balancing sealing and heat dissipation to prevent dust from entering and affecting imaging results;

  • Strong structural stability: Integrally die-cast without splicing, uniform mechanical properties, impact-resistant and vibration-resistant; rounded edges for comfortable grip; non-slip foot pads at the bottom + convenient side grip area, suitable for long-time operation in laboratories, medical testing, and other scenarios.

As a core protective and structural component of microscopes, this die casting housing combines precision, protection, and mass production feasibility, providing a stable operating environment for optical components and serving as an ideal supporting housing for high-end microscopes
